Snoopunit said to me on MSN, that he read the terms of service and that it dosen't say anywhere that you need to be 13. Even if it does, can he be unbanned on his birthday?
I was underaged, and got banned, and was unbanned on by birthday because renner niceley said that she would fix it to unbann me then after I whined to her about it.
It cannot be found within the TOS, it can be found here within the privacy policy.

Once he is 13 he will be allowed to use the website. :)
